Intro:
You should never let your pet drink the water, when you are swimming, because it could be dangerous. It does not matter if it is chemically treated pool water, salt water at the beach or dirty lake water, your pet could get very ill. Before going out to the water, be sure to pack plenty of clean water for them to drink. You’ll also want to pack a pet-safe life vest to help keep your pup afloat.
